Gianna Hodge, Writer

Hello, my name is Gianna Hodge. I’m a senior and this is my 2nd year in the Wire. I like to draw and write in my free time. I joined the Wire because I felt that there were things that I wanted to talk about. Whether it be about Monroe Woodbury or current events that affect us, I think it is all important. Especially now, in a time where censorship and disinformation/misinformation is everywhere, writing is important. Journalism to me feels like the way people keep others in check as well as report on what’s going on around us. I hope to continue this year to write about the issues that affect us all.
