Ouroboros

Ouroboros

My special little place.

For now it’s only a shadow of what was,

But that’s just a-okay.

I could always just build it up again,

So up I build a tower.

And then another.

a third,

a fourth,

A fifth.

Until it’s all said and done,

My perfect little fortress.

A place for just me myself and I,

But right as I finished that final tower.

The first had become undone.

And as I fix it so does the second.

The third,

The fourth,

The fifth.

Until it all just comes crashing down,

Bursting into bright orange flames.

Now left with only a shadow of what was,

My special little place.

Ouroboros
