INK: There for each other

Grace Andren, Prose

In this photo I see the love between 3 siblings; myself and my two brothers. I see an older sister who is so grateful for her siblings, but probably yelled at them to smile for this photo. I see twin boys who will always have a bond beyond any human could imagine, but bicker every day over the smallest things. It is winter in the photo, hence the winter coats and the fairy lights. Maybe we drank hot chocolate and watched Frosty the Snowman (our favorite) after taking this snapshot, or maybe we went into our rooms and didn’t speak to each other for hours. Either way, I know that at the end of the night we said I love you, because we don’t go to bed angry. We don’t let stupid fights drag on for days and days, because we would be miserable. I don’t know how we will act when we are older, I don’t know what we will be, I don’t know who is going to be in our lives, but I do know one thing: I will always be there for them and they will always be there for me, no matter the circumstance.
