Something you should know is that I’m simple

In this complicated world filled with chaos and confusion

I like to stay simple

I’m quite easy to please

And enjoy the small things life has to offer

I like the joy of waking up early to see the sun

The feeling I get with a tight hug

The warmth of a fire surrounded by friends

And car rides going nowhere with the intent to never end

If someone goes out of their way to compliment something about me

A smile will form on my face

Cause I appreciate the simplicity that life can be
