Mr. Irwin has been a teacher at Monroe-Woodbury High School since 2010. In that time he has taught English, Journalism and Humanities. Prior to becoming a teacher, Mr. Irwin was a reporter at a weekly newspaper in the Albany, NY area. Mr. Irwin studied English and journalism at the University at Albany and received his masters degree in teaching from SUNY New Paltz. Currently, he lives with his wife, his daughters and his two dogs. In his free time he enjoys golfing, woodworking and watching sports.
